Description

FechtelHandcrafted and brewed in small batches without additives, heavy filtration or sulphites. Each bottle is individually numbered. Made from low polished Carnaroli rice (90 %). Sparkling dry, with notes of cheese and light fruitiness. Batch of 154 bottles. Keep in a cool and dark place, serve chilled. As our sake is unpasteurised, it continues to develop in the bottle. For slow development, store in the refrigerator (ideally < 5 C). This keeps the taste

with yuzu at the centre and a faint savoury undertone
