All three bottlings come from the Yamazaki distillery and feature a "Spanish finish" in the form of various cask ageings. These were bottled at cask strength. The set includes the following 500ml bottles: Yamazaki 2008 Refill Sherry Cask 10 years at 53% Yamazaki 2009 Montilla Wine Cask 9 years at 55%

It was made from young single malts aged in bourbon and French oak barrels from the company's own wine production

Only 500 of these sets were produced

giving it its complex

The Konara oak is the little brother of the Japanese Mizunara oak and gives the whisky an incomparable taste
