2023 Marco De Bartoli – Sole & Vento – Terre Siciliane – IGPA blend of Grillo and Zibibbo, sourced from old vines (20+ years) on sandy loam in Marsala and volcanic terraces on Pantelleria. Grapes are destemmed, lightly pressed, and macerated for 24 hours before a slow, wild yeast fermentation and seven months on lees in stainless steel. Bright golden yellow with silvery reflections; pineapple, ripe mango, orange blossom and elderflower on the nose, threaded with fennel, Mediterranean herbs, mussel shell and

firm tannins

The wine is best paired with non-dairy desserts or enjoyed on its own
