2021 Sons of Eden 'Remus' Old Vine Shiraz 750mlA blend of different vine ages here: two Central Eden Valley vineyards at 80 plus and 60 plus years respectively and a 50 plus year block in Moculta; destemmed and aged in 60% new French oak hogsheads for 18 months. Deep crimson in the glass, this is an intensely perfumed wine with notes of violet and jasmine over a base of plush blackberry and dark cherry fruits.
