Tiffany & Co. 925 Silver 25mm RTT Heart Tag Charm Pendant (pouch)Pre owned. In excellent condition. Professionally polished and shined to look brand new, ready for gifting. Minor flaw is that it was wrap in tape to prevent scratches but some of the glue remnant got stuck onto it. It will come off with time, and actually cant be seen on normal wear, and you see it in the photo because of the intense light I have.
