Rusty Barrel Australian Gold Rum 700ml (ABV 40%)Rusty Barrel Gold Rum matured in re charred American oak puncheons that once held bold South Australian red wine for three years. Tasting notes Nose has aromas of banana oil, tea and valerian notes, with undertones of high esters. Nice and buttery and light on the palate. There are some green wood characters and heat on the palate too.

Palate - Mildly sweet and uniquely layered with deep rich notes of vanilla and baking spice

apricot and orange liqueur

Nose - Light to medium-bodied with hints of tobacco mixed with caramel toffee

A herbaceous gin

Nose - slightly oaky

perfectly balanced with a lingering sultana and spiced mocha finish

Matured between 15 - 25 years
