Pear Charcuterie Board #2This unique charcuterie board is made from Ontario pear that has been salvaged from a Niagara orchard. It is cut across the tree trunk so the growth rings are visible, and is highly irregular in shape, grain pattern and colour. This "cookie" actually cuts across a crotch with three separate branches. I have done my best to match the colour of the wood in the photographs, but it is hard to duplicate online the deep brown and beige colours in the wood.
